Quilt 102 - Pinky

This quilt is a design by Bonnie Hunter called 'Jamestown Landing' which is from her 'String Fling' book.  I made it in a red/pink colour scheme.  Fabrics used were donated by St Vinnies Op Shop Alstonville.  Quilt donated to Quilts4Kids.

Quilt 101 - Scandi houses

For my quilt group's retreat this year, the challenge theme was 'silhouette'.  I wanted to do something non-traditional in my interpretation of the theme.  I had seen a quilt on pinterest that I really liked and I designed and made this quilt from that inspiration.  Fabrics sourced from donated materials from St Vinnies Op Shop Alstonville.  Quilt has been donated to Quilts4Kids

Quilt 100 - China Shop

This quilt was based on a block of the month 'China Shop' featured in Homespun magazine.  This quilt is a smaller version with some blocks not incorporated, as it had already reached a suitable size.  Fabrics sourced from donated material from St Vinnies Op Shop Alstonville.  I showed the quilt at the 'Airing of the Quilts' at Crawford House Alstonville in July 2019.  The quilt has been donated to Quilts4Kids.

Quilt 99 - Geo

This quilt was made with donated fabric from St Vinnies Op Shop Alstonville, which included some pre-made half-square triangle blocks.  I sewed into rows and added some complementary fabric to finish off.  Quilt has been donated to Quilts4Kids.

Quilt 98 - Baby row by row

I have been having fun playing with row-by-row quilts.  I made this smaller baby row-by-row with fabrics donated by St Vinnies Op Shop Alstonville.  The quilt has been donated to Quilts4Kids.

Quilt 97 - Dinosaur

My quilt group (Telequilters) did a revisit workshop on Convergence quilts.  I designed mine with a little boy in mind, and added further applique to strengthen the dinosaur theme.  The quilt was donated to Quilts4Kids
